Dr. Elizabeth Settle, DNP AG-ACNP - Nurse Practitioner

Owner and founder

I was raised in Middle Tennessee, and caring for this community has always been deeply personal to me. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University in 2013 and began my career in a busy Nashville emergency department—an experience that shaped my clinical instincts and taught me how to recognize when something isn’t right, even before it’s obvious.

I went on to complete my Doctorate in Nursing Practice at University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2018, and have since worked across multiple specialties including trauma, critical care, and neurology within leading healthcare systems.

Over the past four years, I have focused my practice in outpatient neurology, caring for patients with stroke and headache disorders, including chronic migraine. It was during this time that I saw firsthand how often patients feel dismissed, rushed, or left without real answers. Something I had personally experienced early on in life.

That experience is what shaped the way I practice today.
