Having lived with migraines for most of my life, I understand firsthand how disruptive, isolating, and often misunderstood they can be. For years, I searched for answers—wishing someone had taken the time to truly listen, to look deeper, and to tailor care to me as an individual.
That experience shaped the foundation of this clinic.

Our Services
We believe the first visit should set a different standard of care. Your initial 60-minute Telemed appointment is a dedicated, one-on-one experience that prioritizes depth, attention, and expertise.
During this time, we go beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the full picture of your headache experience. This allows us to create a highly individualized plan—one that reflects both the science of medicine and your personal preferences. Patients often leave this visit with a clearer understanding of their condition and a renewed sense of confidence in their care.
During this Telemed appointment we dedicate time to carefully assess your response to treatment, answer your questions, and make precise adjustments tailored to you. During this time we discuss medication management, and your plan of care. We will go over any test results you may want to discuss.
These appointments are designed to be efficient and highly personalized—ensuring that your care remains thoughtful, effective, and aligned with your goals.
All visits are cash pay. We accept a variety of payment options including HSA/FSA, credit card, debit card, ACH payment directly through Chase Bank or Zelle. Most insurance companies will allow you to submit your clinic note and bill, which we will provide, for reimbursement. However, we do not guarantee the reimbursement. We will do all we can to help you if possible.
All payments are due at the time of service.
Botox and other procedural patients will have a hybrid payment system where authorization through insurance will be done prior to injection.
